Peppermint Bark

Peppermint Bark – so simple and scrumptious.

This peppermint bark is so delicious everyone loves it and I have to make it year after year after year. Not only is it yummy, it makes the perfect gift to bring to a hostess at a party or for a teacher or secretary or even your mail person. Once you make it as a gift for someone, they will ask for it again and again.

A lot of people ask me what are my secrets? I don’t have any secrets, I personally think it’s the quality of the products I use and maybe the way I prepare it or present it.

I am not sure, but I share all of my tips and tricks in the video, so please watch and make some for your family and friends or even just for yourself. Make some today, I know you will love it.

  • 2 lbs white chocolate melting wafers (I use Pearls Candy and Nuts from NH, the BEST)
  • 1 box of 12 Candy Canes crushed (you can use more if you like it’s a matter of taste)
  • For extra effect I add more crushed Candy Canes on top. 6-8 more Candy Canes crushed for the top
  • 1/4 teas. Peppermint oil

Melt chocolate in a double boiler, when chocolate is all melted add the oil, mix well, then add crushed Candy Canes, mix until smooth and well combined. Pour onto cookie sheet, then add a bit more crushed Candy Canes on top. Place cookie sheet in freezer for about 1/2 hour. Once fully frozen take out of freezer, break up into edible pieces.
