Here is a recipe for St. Patrick’s Day Wintergreen Bark. It’s made exactly like my Peppermint Bark. The video for my Peppermint Bark is on my At Home with Tricia blog and YouTube page. Just follow along but substitute Wintergreen candy canes and Wintergreen oil instead of the peppermint. I actually like the Wintergreen better.
2 lbs white melting chocolate
1/4 teaspoon wintergreen oil
12 wintergreen candy canes
